Becky Reardon

Managing Director

 

Becky is massively driven by generating powerful brands that have a big impact for organisations. She loves getting to the bottom of why brands exist, what makes them different and the human, emotional side of brands. A keen interest in taking a customer-centric approach, she enjoys understanding the wants and needs of customers to ensure this is at the heart of branding, website development and digital marketing strategies. Having a variety of B2B, B2C and not-for-profit experience from both agency and in-house roles to date, Becky’s instilled a holistic integrated marketing approach at Embrace. At the weekends you’ll find her renovating her 1760’s house, riding her horse Rupert or on countryside walks with her dog Zac..

Ciarán Reardon

Digital Director and Website Development Lead

Ciarán leads on website and digital strategies and development. His strengths are his meticulous approach, technical abilities and application of successful UX, Search, SEO and paid strategies. He loves crunching the numbers and analysing and interpreting to maximise ROI. Prior to his role at Embrace, Ciarán worked with some of the largest technology companies – HP, Microsoft and Equinix – overseeing the development of the latest digital assets: animations, iPDFs, eBooks, apps and websites. He’s also responsible for directing project production and processes at Embrace. Not many people know that Ciarán holds a World Record – he took part in the world’s longest rugby match in 2011, (24 hours, 30 minutes and 6 seconds!). He’s also completed the 106km Isle of Wight Challenge.

Grace Williams

Head of Design

 

Grace leads Embrace’s design team and specialises in brand development and graphic and digital design. She also leads Embrace’s internal FUEL initiative that keeps the team on track with the latest design and digital trends. In her spare time, Grace is a keen horse rider having competed at national level in her youth. She keeps fit these days by running around after her little girl, Alana. She also takes part in the annual Pretty Muddy Challenges at Tatton Park to raise money for Cancer Research.

Josh Mottershead

Marketing Account Manager

Josh manages a portfolio of client accounts; highly motivated and passionate about adding long lasting value to clients and their businesses. Josh is a real people-person and loves to delve deep into client meetings and maintain a great relationship with them so they can reach their business goals. He loves to see the positive impact that marketing can have for a brand. Josh is a busy bee outside of work. He’s got a keen eye for watches, with a growing collection! He enjoys keeping fit and active and loves to take snaps when out and about. A keen traveller – the American east coast is next on his bucket list!

Reeya Patel

Head of Brand and Client Relations

 

Reeya loves all things content, brand and marketing. A real people-person, she enjoys getting to know clients, getting under their skin to better understand their marketing pain points and working closely with them to provide the right creative solutions. Having led several brand development projects, she advises on brand strategy and how to best develop and utilise your brand identity to create stand-out content. With cross-industry B2B and B2C experience, she’s worked with a range of organisations. Passionate about career development, she provides mentoring, also guest speaking to marketing apprentices. Fitness is big for Reeya, having completed Machu Picchu, Total Warrior and Sport Relief swimathons.

Sophie Stubbs

Design and Brand Manager

 

Sophie is a multi-skilled designer with a keen interest in branding and identity, web design and illustration. Along with her degree in Graphic Design and certification in UX, Sophie’s experience within the non-for-profit and legal sectors means she’s an ethically and environmentally aware designer, creating solutions centred around the target audience. Sophie loves experiencing other cultures so when she’s not working you’ll find her snuggled up in-front of a box set planning her next getaway. Her favourite place visited so far has been Indonesia, next on the list – Peru!

Alex Vann

Creative Graphic and Digital Designer

 

Alex is our digital and animation specialist. He designs and develops engaging websites and brings brands to life through interaction and animation and he’s a keen photographer. Outside of work, Alex spends time on his BMX or mountain bike, taking photos, or sometimes both at the same time! His skill and passion for photography means spending his weekends travelling the country to weddings and music events – his most recent claim to fame is being asked to photograph The Sherlocks when they were on tour playing at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester.

Katie Hargreaves

Katie is a passionate and creative digital marketer who is driven by a love for brand development and producing effective materials across multiple industries. She loves to see the impact of digital marketing and has a passion for connecting with individual people and businesses to understand and convey true brand stories. Katie enjoys watching brands grow and flourish to their highest potential and following their exciting journey. Outside of work, Katie loves to explore and discover new places around the world. When she’s not travelling, she loves a bit of retail therapy and a simple margarita pizza – you can’t go wrong!

Matt Knight

Creative Graphic and Digital Designer

 

Matt is a versatile brand identity designer, creative designer and digital specialist, fuelled by a passion for storytelling, bold, effective communication and a desire to bring positive change. He loves to craft brand identities for businesses and charities, helping them to grow and connect with their audiences. Outside of work, he can be found hiking in the Peak District or attempting to play the guitar. He also enjoys snowboarding when he gets the chance, and once did a couple of ski seasons in the French Alps!

Ollie Vann

Junior Designer

 

Ollie is our rising designer and animator who specialises in video and website development. He loves to demonstrate his passion for design through creative and imaginative content with a particular interest in photography and film. By excelling in his work, he has managed to grow and evolve multiple audiences on both Amazon and YouTube. In his free time, Ollie is a keen mountain biker who enjoys riding around the country finding new places. When he isn’t up a mountain, you’ll find Ollie surfing in the sea or skiing down the alps!
