Becky Reardon

Managing Director

Becky is massively driven by generating powerful brands that have a big impact for organisations. She loves getting to the bottom of why brands exist and the human, emotional side of brands. Having experienced both agency and in-house roles, Becky’s instilled a holistic integrated marketing approach at Embrace. At the weekends you’ll find her renovating her 1760’s house, riding her horse Rupert or on countryside walks with her dog Zac (of course ending with a full-bodied glass of vino at the pub).

Ciaran Reardon

Digital Director

Ciarán brings transparency and clarity to digital strategies and strong user experience. He’s highly driven by maximising ROI for clients. Prior to his role at Embrace, Ciarán worked with some of the largest technology companies – HP, Microsoft and Equinix – overseeing the development of the latest digital assets: animations, iPDFs, eBooks, apps and websites. He’s also responsible for directing project production and processes at Embrace. Not many people know that Ciarán holds a World Record – he took part in the world’s longest rugby match in 2011, (24 hours, 30 minutes and 6 seconds!). He’s also completed the 106km Isle of Wight Challenge.

Grace Williams

Design Manager

Grace leads Embrace’s design team and specialises in brand development and graphic and digital design. She also leads Embrace’s internal FUEL initiative that keeps the team on track with the latest design and digital trends. In her spare time, Grace is a keen horse rider having competed at national level in her youth. She keeps fit these days by running around after her little girl, Alana. She also takes part in the annual Pretty Muddy Challenges at Tatton Park to raise money for Cancer Research.

Alice O’Regan

Marketing Account Manager

Alice is highly experienced in marketing project management having worked across a variety of industries. She has a keen interest in branding and in particular the development of a brand promise and personality and how this is conveyed across different marketing channels. In her spare time she enjoys baking – her speciality being cheesecakes of any kind! She also enjoys travelling and discovering newplaces and even managed to visit 4 continents in 1 year – only the Americas to go!

Chelsea Spencer

Content Marketing Executive

Chelsea is our content creator and enjoys managing social media campaigns. With strong project management skills and an interest in digital marketing, Chelsea enjoys liaising with clients to ensure that their online campaigns are creative and effective. Fascinated by influencer culture, Chelsea keeps up with the new and innovative ways companies are interacting with their audiences through digital channels. As an English Literature Graduate, Chelsea loves reading and it happiest at home with a good book and a cup of tea. She has two dogs, Isla – a rambunctious Airedale Terrier and Perran – a laidback labradoodle, that enjoy long dog walks and playing fetch.

Alex Vann

Graphic and Digital Designer

Alex is our digital and animation specialist. He also enjoys creating and refreshing brands and is a keen web designer and photographer. Outside of work, Alex spends time on his BMX or mountain bike, taking photos, or sometimes both at the same time! His skill and passion for photography means spending his weekends travelling the country to weddings and music events – his most recent claim to fame is being asked to photograph The Sherlocks when they were on tour playing at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester.

Graphic and Digital Designer

Ryan works as part of our design team. Covering all aspects of design, Ryan specialises in taking a holistic approach to brand development. As an Advertising and Brand Management Graduate, Ryan is keen to see brands develop and ensure they remain true to their brand ethos. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys visiting theme parks and loves relaxing with a cup of coffee in hand. He enjoys listening to music from the 1980’s, a decade that influences his style and spirit. Ryan’s passion for design extends into his enjoyment for working on landscape and home improvement projects.

Max Fish

Graphic and Digital Designer

Max enjoys developing brands and bringing these to fruition through digital and print. Highly driven by creating sustainability within brands, he’s always thinking of new and interesting ways to help industries develop in a way that will benefit as many people as possible. His degree in Graphic Design from Sheffield Hallam University allowed Max to explore his enthusiasm for creative arts. In his spare time, you’ll find him devoting his time to his greatest love: music! He enjoys helping grassroot bands and musicians, whether this is through live event photography or simply being a stand in roadie. Max is dedicated to seeing the industry he loves grow in our modern society.

India Campbell

Digital Marketing Apprentice

India is our Digital & Social Media Apprentice. She has great communication and creative skills from spending the last few years as a student completing her Level 3 Extended Diploma of Production and Performing Arts. India co-ordinates Embrace’s social media activities and supports our Content Marketing Executive. In her spare time, India best enjoys socialising with her friends, playing the guitar with her dad, listening to music on long car journeys and keeping up with the online Beauty Community as she adores fashion and make-up!
