Becky Reardon

Managing Director

Becky is driven by generating powerful B2B brand strategies that have a big impact for organisations. She loves getting to the bottom of why brands exist, what makes them different and the human, emotional side of brands. Becky has worked across all types of organisations! 

Ciarán Reardon

Director

Ciarán leads on marketing, digital and website strategies. His strengths are his ability to understand complex challenges and develop relevant and successful strategies and UX. He utilises a range of measurement tools and approaches to assess digital and web performance and always keeps an eye on the latest tech innovations and how they can benefit our clients. 

Grace Williams

Head of Design

 

Grace leads Embrace’s design team including mentoring our designers with their development. She also oversees Embrace’s internal FUEL initiative which keeps everyone updated with the latest design and digital trends. She is especially experienced in designing for healthcare and pharma organisations. 

Becky Ashbee

Senior Design Manager

 

Becky has a passion for design and puts her creativity and enthusiasm into every design project she works on. She finds joy in generating cutting-edge ideas for clients and producing results that not only inspire client imagination but also elevate their brand to its maximum potential. Becky has a love for print and especially enjoys the tangible and visually impactful elements of design, creating a lasting and memorable experience.

Kirsty Buckley

Creative Design Manager

Kirsty puts her heart and soul into each design project she works on. She enjoys offering ideas and outputs to get clients thinking and to bring out the best in their brand. Kirsty loves to work across all creative aspects of a brand across both digital and print.

Alex Vann

Design and Digital Manager

Alex is a multi-talented digital design and animation specialist. He develops engaging visual identities, digital assets, infographics, podcasts, and websites. He brings brands to life through interaction and animation and he’s also a keen photographer. Alex loves pushing the boundaries, producing highly distinctive creative work for B2B and not-for-profit clients.

Sarah manages a portfolio of client accounts at Embrace. As a real people person, she’s passionate about adding long lasting value to clients and their businesses by achieving the best results for them. She enjoys learning and understanding client needs and loves to delve deep into their journeys, watching them grow and forming great relationships along the way.

Ollie is our rising designer and animator who focuses on video and website development. He enjoys designing creative and imaginative content with a particular interest in photography and film. By excelling in his work in his personal time, Ollie has grown large audiences on both Amazon and YouTube! 

Bradley Laycock

Graphic Designer

Bradley is a versatile and passionate designer who puts his all into every design project that he works on. He loves to work across all design aspects including print and digital, to ultimately bring out the best in brands. Exploring different ideas fuels Bradley’s creativity which drives him to deliver engaging designs across various types of media.
