Embrace invests in senior management to drive growth
We have been investing in our senior management team to support growth targets. Recently two team members have been promoted to senior management positions, alongside recruiting to broaden our senior level expertise.
In 2025, we celebrated 10 years in business and rebranded to better reflect our position as a brand advancement agency for high-growth organisations. Our team has increasingly been supporting B2B and not-for-profit clients with strategic, high-performance brand, marketing and digital solutions to directly impact growth targets.
As part of our team growth, Sarah Broughton was promoted to Senior Marketing Account Manager. Sarah has been with Embrace for three years and has demonstrated strong relationship building skills across healthcare, technology, charity and manufacturing clients.
Kirsty Buckley was promoted to Senior Creative Manager. She also has three years with Embrace and has grown her brand, creative and digital skills, leading projects for national charities and global B2B organisations.
As Embrace’s most recent hire, Chelsea Howe joined Embrace as a Senior Marketing Account Manager. She combines experience from McCann, Havas and Ashfield to competently take the lead on healthcare and manufacturing accounts at Embrace.
