Ciarán Reardon
Digital Director and Web Development Lead
Ciarán leads on website and digital strategies. His strengths are his meticulous approach, technical abilities, and application of successful UX, Search, SEO, and paid strategies. He loves crunching the numbers and analysing and interpreting data to maximise ROI.
Grace Williams
Head of Design
Grace leads Embrace’s design team including mentoring our designers with their development. She also oversees Embrace’s internal FUEL initiative which keeps everyone updated with the latest design and digital trends. She is especially experienced in designing for healthcare and pharma organisations.
Josh Mottershead
Digital Account Manager
Josh manages a portfolio of client accounts. He’s highly motivated and passionate about adding long lasting value to clients and their businesses by maintaining great relationships. He’s especially interested in the digital customer journey, how to maximise touchpoints and generate new leads through SEO and paid campaigns.
Sophie Stubbs
Senior Design and Brand Manager
Sophie excels in developing differentiated and relevant brand visual identities and crafting how brands can be most creatively designed across media. She’s also an accomplished storyteller and illustrator. She ensures creative projects have a clear, impactful, and an emotional connection. Sophie has worked across most B2B and charity sectors.
