Becky Reardon

Managing Director

Becky founded Embrace over a decade ago. She brings more than 17 years’ experience advising senior leaders on B2B brand and marketing strategy for growth. Becky specialises in defining effective brand and marketing direction, deep ICP understanding, differentiated value propositions and connecting strategy to impactful outcomes. She has developed brand (RiSE) and agile marketing (BEAM) frameworks to drive brand strategy and demand generation with a goal of empowering clients to achieve sustainable, long-term growth.

Ciarán Reardon

Director

Ciaran leads B2B digital demand generation and website strategy at Embrace. He brings more than 15 years’ experience delivering results-driven digital strategies for B2B and not-for-profit organisations. His work focuses on aligning key objectives with high-performing digital delivery, underpinned by measurement, analysis and continuous optimisation. He is highly knowledgeable in SEO and AEO. Prior to becoming a director at Embrace, Ciaran led customer advocacy programmes for global technology businesses including Cisco, Microsoft and Hewlett Packard.

Chelsea Howe

Senior Marketing Account Manager 

Chelsea is a highly experienced marketing strategist and account lead at Embrace. She delivers measurable results and clear ROI, combining strategy, creativity and analysis to drive client success. Chelsea leads SEO and AEO, identifying the most effective approaches and opportunities for clients. Prior to Embrace, she worked at McCann and Havas and is currently completing a master’s in neuroscience.

With 10 years’ experience, Sarah excels at translating commercial objectives into impactful marketing campaigns. She is highly accomplished in developing marketing strategies, creating clear plans with measurable outcomes and delivering tangible value for clients. Her work spans strategy development, campaign execution and performance measurement, ensuring marketing efforts are always results-driven and aligned with business goals.

Bec has over 14 years’ experience as a creative, brand, digital and print designer. She brings expertise in brand identity, intuitive website design and creative campaign development. Bec translates strategic objectives into engaging, results-driven design, optimising the user experience across channels. Bec applies creative thinking whilst aligning this with a deep understanding of the brand direction and any existing guidelines which should be followed. As an experienced designer she helps nurture and develop our wider design team.

Content Manager

Katie is a highly experienced copywriter with over 7 years’ experience. She is skilled in generating clear, engaging and compelling copy across a range of B2B and not-for-profit sector. Katie always writes in an inclusive style and matches the tone of voice of each client’s brand identity. She seamlessly embeds SEO and AEO into copy without it feeling forced, maintaining strong structure, flow and punchiness. Her work spans the full campaign spectrum, covering all marketing channels from print to digital and websites.

Atkins Ko

Digital and Website Design Manager

Atkins leads website design and build at Embrace, delivering sites that combine UX, creative design and technical performance. He brings extensive coding and CMS expertise to build future-proofed websites that meet client needs. Atkins ensures all sites follow Embrace best practice design principles and achieve Semrush and Google PageSpeed scores above 90, fully optimised across devices and browsers. He drives every build to meet the highest standards of performance and usability.

Kirsty is quick to understand the objectives and key messages and transforms them into creative that grabs attention. She is highly experienced with over 7 years developing creative campaigns, brand identity, website design, infographics and data visualisation. Kirsty ensures brand identity is applied consistently across print and digital media, supporting B2B and not-for-profit client goals. Her work combines creativity with a clear understanding of target audiences to maximise impact across all marketing channels.
