We have some exciting news – we’ve expanded our team and have announced key promotions. Since welcoming four new team members since December 2022, we have expanded the team to twelve!
In 2023, we have seen a significant increase in revenue and profit. The key to this has been expanding our B2B and not-for-profit client base. We have delivered a rebrand for an NHS charity this year which has led to being shortlisted for ‘Best Creative Campaign’ at the upcoming Cheshire Business Awards 2023. We have also designed and built a range of high performing websites and continuously increased our B2B outsourced marketing clients.
Most recently Sarah Broughton and Jenny Matthewman joined Embrace as Marketing Account Managers to strengthen our client services and support our growth. Sarah has seven years of experience in marketing and has a master’s degree in digital marketing. She has previously worked in-house at a law business as a marketing assistant and executive. Jenny attended Gloucestershire University studying marketing, advertising and branding. She first worked with a start-up retailer in London and then moved to Manchester working with a leading wholesaler in their marketing department.
Katie Hargreaves and Jack Lenton were promoted to Content Manager from 1st October 2023, as key contributors to our creative content and copywriting services to support client growth. After originally joining Embrace in 2021 as a Content Executive, Katie has progressed to Senior Content Executive and now onto Content Manager. She oversees the full content mix across key ongoing clients including social media, emailers, web pages, blogs, animations and SEO.
Previously a journalist for five years, Jack joined Embrace in December 2022 as a Senior Content Executive. In the short time he’s been with us, he quickly got to grips with generating content across the full marketing mix for a whole range of clients and will continue doing this in his new role as Content Manager.
Bradley Laycock has expanded our design team. His previous experience includes design roles in a full-service print design agency and a B2B lighting company. He has worked across all design aspects, including both print and digital. His print knowledge is particularly relevant as clients continue to increase the development of printed brochures and collateral for face-to-face sales meetings and exhibitions.
